The partners of Renaissance Builders, LLC are Greg Dyer and Jack Monetti. Greg brings construction, architectural, development and business/management skills to his position. After attending Southern Polytechnic Institutes' School of Architecture, Greg served ten years as Vice-President of Coursey Architects, Inc., three years as Senior-President of Roberts Properties, Inc., and four years as Vice-President of Tri-South Contractors, Inc. These seventeen years of business management has established Greg with a proven track record of stewarding projects to a successful conclusion. Jack brings twenty years of construction, development, business management, and design experience to his position and has constructed a wide variety of projects. Mr. Monetti served as project manager for Monetti Construction Inc, a family owned business in Austin, Texas, where he managed different commercial and multi-family projects to their successful completion. Mr. Monetti also served as President of JMB, Inc, in Woodbridge, New Jersey, overseeing several single-family, commercial and multi-family projects. Mr. Monetti is extensively knowledgeable and experienced in all construction practices and has an established history of project excellence.
