The partners of Renaissance Builders, LLC are Jack Monetti & Greg Dyer.
Forty years of combined construction & business management experience has established Jack & Greg as the Owners of one of the most talented construction companies in the South with a proven track record of stewarding projects to a successful conclusion.
Jack brings twenty years of construction, development, business management, and design experience to his position and has constructed a wide variety of projects. Before founding Renaissance Builders, LLC Mr. Monetti worked as project manager for his Fathers Multi-family construction company in Austin, Texas, where he managed different commercial and multi-family projects. Mr. Monetti also served as President of JMB, Inc, in Woodbridge, New Jersey, overseeing several single-family, commercial and multi-family projects. Mr. Monetti is extensively knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of construction & development.
Greg brings construction, architectural, development and business/management skills to his position. After attending Southern Polytechnic Institutes' School of Architecture, Greg served ten years as Vice-President of Coursey Architects, Inc., an Atlanta based Multi-family Architectural firm where he designed many prominent apartment and retail projects constructed in the South. He also served a combined seven years as Senior Vice-President for Roberts Properties, Inc. and Tri-South Contractors, Inc. where he developed many type "A" apartments in the Southeast. These twenty five years of business management has established Greg with a proven track record of stewarding projects to a successful conclusion.
